NEW PUPPIES

Chloe, Topshop, Chloe, Alexander Wang

I never... EVER... thought I would buy any shoe that just had a 2-inch heel, but the Chloe sandals for summer definitely changed my mind. I loved the look of the mirrored chunky heel so I decided to take the plunge and buy a much cheaper pair than Topshop and Chloe by Dolce Vita on Giltgroupe.com. As for the other pair of beauties that I found, my heart dropped when I saw the most rad heels at Zara. If the Alexander Wang tassel shoes and Prada's snakeskin Fall '11 collection had a baby, they would be my new shoes. IN LOVE. See my new treasures below and tell me what you think.

SEPTEMBER LOVE

imgaes via born to be wild, stylestalker, nasty gal, froufrouu, little plastic horses, honestly wtf, hawaiian coconut, the killing moon

So distracted by Fashion Week and school that I haven't even had time to post my September mood board! Here are my favorite pictures of the month.

A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS

One of the most exciting things about Fashion Week is gawking at what the regulars are wearing (or if you're a regular, being lucky enough to be snapped by Streetfsn, Citizen Couture or The Sartorialist). After looking through dozens of pictures of FW-goers with impeccable style, I decided to pick out my favorite accessory that a lot of them sported - the box bag! I wrote a post a little while ago about how structured handbags are a big must-have, and everyone in these pictures is fueling my love for them even more. Why don't I have one yet?! Check out the arm candy on these ladies... and Brad Goerski.

LONDON FASHION WEEK: SASS AND BIDE POPS

images via fashionising

Sass and Bide showed their Spring/Summer 2012 collection at London Fashion week and it included all things that I adore: quirky prints, interesting silhouettes, the perfect fusion of structured and slack pieces, and LOTS OF NEON! It was almost as though the designers made a list of everything they would ever want in one collection be it cohesive or not, and made it work completely. The maxi skirts... no words for how badly I want them in my closet. So many props to them.
